How long does a session last?

The Smart Cups are equipped with an automatic timer of 20 minutes for each session. With consistent use, it is possible to progressively increase the duration up to the maximum recommended time.

Can I use multiple devices at the same time?

If your device has a defect or malfunction, we will send you a new one at no additional cost. We take care of the collection of the defective product.
